Velocity AI provides an AI-powered performance training platform that integrates strength, conditioning, recovery, nutrition, and adaptive programming into a unified system. The Service may include web applications, mobile applications, and related tools and features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Founding Athlete Program

The Founding Athlete Program provides early access to the Velocity AI platform at a discounted rate. Founding Athletes receive 12 months of full access, direct influence on system development, and early access to new features. Availability is limited and subject to change. Pricing, features, and benefits of the Founding Athlete Program may be modified at our discretion.

6. Payment & Billing

By purchasing a subscription or access to the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with the plan you select. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of Velocity Training LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any content without our permission

9. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated training recommendations for informational purposes only. Velocity AI is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks of injury.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Indemnification
